عُيِّنَتِ السَّفِيرَةُ هَنَاءُ لِتَمْثِيلِ بِلَادِهَا فِي مُفَاوَضَاتِ السَّلَامِ الدَّوْلِيَّةِ. كَانَتِ الْمُفَاوَضَاتُ مُعَقَّدَةً بِسَبَبِ الْخِلَافَاتِ الْعَمِيقَةِ بَيْنَ الْأَطْرَافِ الْمُتَنَازِعَةِ.

Transliteration

ʿuyyinati as-safīratu Hanāʾu li-tamthīli bilādihā fī mufāwaḍāti as-salāmi ad-dawliyyati. kānati al-mufāwaḍātu muʿaqqadatan bi-sababi al-khilāfāti al-ʿamīqati bayna al-aṭrāfi al-mutanāziʿati.

English translation

Ambassador Hanaa was appointed to represent her country in international peace negotiations. The negotiations were complex due to deep disagreements between the disputing parties.
